The roller track (SL-track)
An SL-track follows the spine and continues under the glutes and thighs, so the lower back is treated too — not just the back.
4D or XD rollers
More dimensions means pressure, depth and rhythm can vary as the programme runs, so the massage feels more like hands than mechanics.
Body scanning
The chair finds your shoulders and back length before the programme starts. Without it the rollers land wrong on both tall and short users.
